How it works

Three steps, then you stop thinking about it.

  1. Tell us about your dogs

Fill out the form or send a text. How many dogs, roughly how big the yard is, that’s it.

  2. We put you on the route

Service days are set by route, so you get the same day every week.

  3. Get the all-clear

We text when we’re on the way, and send a photo of your closed gate when we leave.

What you pay depends on how many dogs you have, the size of the yard, and how often we come. Plans start at $90 a month, and there’s no contract. Start, pause, or cancel whenever you need to.

How every visit ends

You’ll know the gate is shut, because we’ll show you.

Every visit ends the same way. A text saying we’re done, and a photo of your closed gate. No wondering whether the dog can get out, no coming home to find out the hard way.

Routes get finalized the night before so we can keep them tight, and you get an “on my way” text about half an hour before we arrive.

Stand-in image. This is a frame lifted from Mark’s own reel, so it is soft. A sharp still off his phone of an actual closed, latched gate would land far harder here.

Who shows up

Hi, I’m Mark.

I started Heavy Doody Scoops in September 2025. I’m a dog owner too, so I know how fast the yard gets away from you between work, the kids, and everything else.

I live right here in Leominster with my wife Jessica, our three boys, and our catahoula mix, Lissy. If something needs sorting out, you’re talking to me.

What the neighbors say

5.0 stars, 21 reviews, real yards.

“So glad I found Heavy Doody Scoops! This past winter made it impossible to keep up with the cleanup of two big dogs. It was easy to schedule, and they did a great job! Very professional, punctual, and detail oriented…”
Maedon C.Leominster, MA
“Extraordinary service at a very reasonable price and our yard is clean and beautiful with nothing to worry about (if you know what I mean). Why didn’t someone think of this idea sooner! Mark works hard and is real easy to work with.”
Ira G.Lancaster, MA
“Could not recommend Mark enough! We really needed help with our yard after a long winter and two dogs, and he was amazing to work with. He responded quickly and was so helpful and understanding of a messy job.”

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No contracts required. You’re free to start, pause, or cancel at any time.

Can you work with locked gates?

Yes. We just need a gate code, a key, or another access method arranged ahead of time so we can get in safely.

What happens to the waste?

Two options. We double-bag it and put it in your household trash bin, or we haul it away for a small additional fee.

Do you work year round?

Yes. Light rain or snow won’t stop us. In severe weather, your service moves to the next available day.

Do you give an exact arrival time?

No. Routes are finalized the night before to keep them efficient and keep costs down. You’ll get an “on my way” text about half an hour before we arrive.

Should my dog be outside while you scoop?

Please keep pets indoors while we work. It’s safer for them and faster for us.
