The day’s schedule is set the night before, and you get an “on my way” text 30 to 45 minutes before we arrive.

Hi, I’m Mark.
I started Heavy Doody Scoops in September 2025. I’m a dog owner too, so I know how fast the yard gets away from you between work, the kids, and everything else.
I live right here in Leominster with my wife Jessica, our three boys, and our catahoula mix, Lissy. If something needs sorting out, you’re talking to me.
The idea has always been simple. Take this chore off your plate, so your time outside is spent with the ones you love.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No contracts required. You’re free to start, pause, or cancel at any time.
Can you work with locked gates?
Yes. We just need a gate code, a key, or another access method arranged ahead of time so we can get in safely.
What happens to the waste?
Two options. We double-bag it and put it in your household trash bin, or we haul it away for a small additional fee.
Do you work year round?
Yes. Light rain or snow won’t stop us. In severe weather, your service moves to the next available day.
Do you give an exact arrival time?
No. The day’s schedule is finalized the night before to keep it efficient and keep costs down. You’ll get an “on my way” text 30 to 45 minutes before we arrive.
Should my dog be outside while you scoop?
Please keep pets indoors while we work. It’s safer for them and faster for us.
